Rachael Ray: Cuban Spiced Pork

Here is my most recent attempt to enjoy pork from Rachael Ray. Really just any pork in general. I will say this is the first time I’ve made pork and ate the whole thing, I really enjoyed the flavors here. If you thought this would be real spicy, you’re wrong, it wasn’t. The baby was not a fan of the meat at all, he threw it all on the floor, so I guess that was a no go for him. There is a recipe for rice with this, but I just made a package of cheese rice and broccoli, which the baby ate by the way, so he didn’t starve. However, it might have been the 3 cookies he ate before dinner that spoiled that, I’m on the hunt for the BEST, chewy, soft, puffy chocolate chip recipe. I’ll share that when I find it, it won’t be Rachael Ray, but it will be worth sharing!

Total Time: 30 minutes

Husband Says: “It’s good.”

Notes: I used a dry bay leaf, and really other then that I did everything as the recipe said for the pork. Not much to change up. I love that this bakes to cook, it makes things so much easier!
