Rachael Ray: All American Patty Melts
This Rachael Ray recipe I felt was similar to the grilled cheese burgers, but I really liked these a lot. I wasn’t sure about the pickle relish, because I don’t like pickles. It added a nice flavor to the burger thought. I probably could’ve ate more then one of these, and surprisingly the little one ate a good amount of this. So that’s great!

Notes: The only different thing I did was use a red onion, because I had used a little bit of it and I needed to use it up. But I love grilled or fried red onions!
- All American Patty Melt
- Ingredients
- mix meat, steak sauce, seasoning, and relish together
- cook patties in skillet
- fry onions
- Grill bread in skillet with 1 piece of cheese
- add patties
- top with onions
- add another piece of cheese
- finish off with another piece of bread
- flip when cheese melts on bottom
