Thank you so much, this was very interesting. I was actually born in Spain ( not telling what year though!) but was moved around various parts of europe and finally settled in England when I was a teenager. I dont remember an awful lot of the few years I was in spain, but the smell of spanish food always seems to ring a bell in me or something. Funny, how I dont remember anything except the smells,isn't it! I even found a whole website dedicated to spanish recipes, which gave me great delight and thought I ought to share with your readers. Anyway, thank you again. I'll get my husband to add your cast to my rss thing...

Thank you, very useful. I wasnt really a big fan of Spinach for many years (ok, that's a total understatement, I hated the stuff), but after marrying a vegetarian I kind of had to put up with it, and have slowly come to love the stuff. Spinach curry is undoubtedly my absolute favourite! I even found adedicated spinach recipes website which is my new favourite site now, you should take a look!

Good stuff! I went to Britain this summer and had some afternoon tea with scones , and it was absolutely delicious I thought I'd make my own last week. I might have broken a few rules maybe - I found a website full of random scone recipes here and made 5 different types! My friends were so happy when I invited them round for tea and scones. Lots of fun!

Thanks that was a great read. I can't believe it , but it's my wife's and my 10th anniversary next week. We met in Italy, and had the most delicious shrimp pasta in this little cafe in Rome. I've been looking all over the net for a decent sounding recipe to see if I can make some myself to surprise her, and I even found a shrimp pasta homepage full of them! Thought you might like to know, you can find anything on the net nowadays it seems!

Having just discovered the joys of organic farming in our own backyard, I have to say potato soup is our favourite of the month. I found a website dedicated to just potato soup recipes, which is quite amazing when you think about it. There's a website for anything nowadays it seems!

Man, my grandmother was from Sicily and she made the most incredible meatballs I ever tasted, like you wouldnt believe. Sadly, she didnt leave a recipe for me so I've been trying to figure it out on my own... slowly working my through the meatball recipe here, I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!!
