Hamburger Recipe: But taste like a meatball
Thursday, February 5th, 2009This Rachael Ray recipe is really good. All in all it is like a hamburger, but it taste completely different. It was very good, it did taste like a meatball. Another great thing about it is it’s easy to clean up! So this is a double bonus recipe for me. I loved it because it combined two of my favorite things, meat balls and hamburgers, life doesn’t get much better! Be ready for a burst of flavor, you’re about to get it!

Husband Says: ” These are really good, I added mustard and mayo to mine because that’s how I like it. I ate 2, I liked them.” (Obviously he ate after me, left before I got home, but he was nice enough to call and give his opinion.)
Notes: I left out the onions, why you might ask, well I was lazy tonight and my husband was getting tired of having onions in every meal. I also changed my mind last minute and used some mozzarella cheese instead of provolone, but I’m sure it’s good either way.
