Rachael Ray: Individual Chicken Pot Pies
Friday, December 4th, 2009This Rachael Ray recipe was perfect. The little one and I stayed in all day to avoid the increasingly cold temperatures outside. It getting so cold there is nothing like a nice hot chicken pot pie for a warm dinner. I will say the little one ate none of his and opted for a grilled cheese sandwich, which isn’t to surprising. I really loved this one, I didn’t make it so individual because my puff pastry broke, I wanted to use one sheet instead of two, so I had to improvise. It still tasted so good!

Notes: Because I had some corn I added that in, just because I wanted to use it up. I had some leftover chicken mix so I saved it for another day, another pie!
