Rachael Ray: Spinach Salad with Swiss Crisps
Thursday, October 8th, 2009Well, I really messed this Rachael Ray one up. Well I made the salad and the dressing, but I couldn’t find any Swiss cheese I could shred. So, I thought, well I bet any cheese will work. Well, I used Monterrey jack cheese, and it didn’t work. So I tried some Parmesan cheese and it didn’t work either. So I’m thinking it was probably the skillet I was using. So when I’ve got a non-stick one clean I have every intention of trying to make cheese crisps, because I do want to try them!
Recipe: Spinach Salad with Swiss Crisps
Cookbook: 30 Minute Meals 2
Total Time: 15 minutes
Notes: I think I used a little too much mustard, I wasn’t a huge fan of the dressing. So, I guess basically I wasn’t a huge fan of this recipe, maybe I just had an off day.
