Rachael Ray: No Fret Apple Fritters

Saturday, October 10th, 2009

I choose this Rachael Ray recipe because there used to be a place in the city that had the best apple fritters ever. I mean, I can’t even tell you how good they are. So amazing, so I was excited to try these out. Did I mention those came out before your meal? These were very good, I was very impressed with these. They aren’t the same as the apple fritters that I know, but they definitely passed the test!

Total Time: 20 minutes

Notes: I don’t have an apple corer, I meant to buy one today when I was out, but I forgot. So I chopped the apple in slices like regular. Crazy that I don’t have a corer, right? I also thought a little cinnamon would be good in the batter, so I added that!

Rachael Ray: Stuffed Peppers with Beef, Rice, Spinach, and Cheese

Friday, October 9th, 2009

This Rachael Ray recipe is a roll-over meal from the Spanish Beef and Rice the other day. It is great because most of the cooking is already done. Right now, these recipes are my “best friend!” I love how the flavor changes a little bit by putting the Spanish Beef and Rice in a pepper, so you don’t feel like you’re eating exactly the same thing.

Notes:

I used a poblano pepper, because I like them the best! And I used fresh spinach left over from the salad the other night.

Welcome
I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
