Rachael Ray: Lucky 7 Layer Dip

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

This Rachael Ray recipe is excellent. It was so good! This would be great at a party, during a game, really for anything. I ate it for dinner, and loved every bite. The little one didn’t have any, so I made him some cheese nachos! It is pretty spicy!

Total Time: 20 minutes

Notes: I don’t like olives, so I topped mine with some shredded cheese instead. That’s about all I did differently. I also just used my favorite red salsa, I couldn’t find chipotle.

Rachael Ray: Mozzarella and Ham in Carrozza

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

This recipe is one I kind of regret choosing. The problem with this Rachael Ray recipe is Italian bread is more expensive then I’d like to pay and I checked 2 stores for the Rosemary ham and couldn’t find it. The sammie was good, we enjoyed them, just the right ingredients weren’t available for us.

Notes: I just used regular ham and I didn’t use fresh mozzarella, I am not huge fan of fresh, but it probably would’ve been okay since it is melted.

Welcome
I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
