Rachael Ray: Weeknight Two Sauce Lasagna Bowls

This Rachael Ray recipe is good stuff. The little one loved it, especially the white sauce. I liked to mix my sauces together after I put half and half one. It’s almost like a Alfredo/marinara sauce combo. It does taste similar to lasagna without the ricotta cheese; which is fine by me. This one cooks up in no time, and is full of flavor.

Cookbook: Big Orange Book

Total Time: 25 minutes

Notes: Apparently I forgot tomato paste, but I had some tomato sauce so I just used that. I also didn’t use any red wine, didn’t want to buy any. Or really I was just too lazy to go out and get it when I realized I needed it. I know a lot of grocery stores around the country sell wine in them, not in Oklahoma. So making a trip to the liquor store didn’t happen this week.

I love this recipe! (though it’s almost as much work as real homemade lasagna!)
