Rachael Ray: Christmas Pasta
I have been excited to make this Rachael Ray pasta all year. It did not dissappoint! There were so many wonderful flavors. It was really great. To me, really it is a glorified meat sauce, but it was better then most meat sauces I have tried in my day. I love meat sauce, so that is saying a lot!

Notes: I did not use veal because I can not find it at the local grocery store, and I thought I had some cheese, but we didn’t, which was sad. We used a little shredded mozzarella.

- Ingredients
- saute bacon (I substitued this for pancetta)
- brown sausage
- add onion and garlic
- add in carrot
- deglaze with red wine
- stir in beef stock
- add crushed tomatoes

















My husband and I both love the Christmas Pasta but you have to use all of the ingredients. Hello. Do not sub with bacon in this one and the parm cheese is a must.
