Rachael Ray: Beef Fajita Burgers

Here is my Rachael Ray burger try of the moment. This recipes calls for Beef and/or Chicken Fajita Burgers. Since I have so much trouble finding ground chicken, and we eat chicken a lot, oh and there are only 3 of us eating, I just made beef. I will say, I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. I wasn’t sure about the onions and peppers, but it was a good burger. This would be great for a party because you could have beef and chicken probably pretty inexpensively, and I think everyone would like it. You could also have a little topping bar, I’d say whatever you like on your fajitas, you would like on this burger!

Cookbook: Rachael Ray 365 Days: No Repeats

Total Time: 25 minutes

Husband Says: “They are good.”

Notes: I forgot the hot sauce, it is even sitting on my counter because the little one likes to roll the glass bottle around, and I just forgot it. Let me say, it wasn’t missed at all. I added some cheese to ours, cheddar on 2, and pepper jack on 2, also a tomato, because I didn’t want it to go bad. I would’ve love to add avocado and sour cream, but it was a delicious burger without those!

That looks really good, and it’s making me hungry.
So what if it’s only 9:30 in the morning.

Yes, they are really great burgers. I’ve made them before and I was very pleased.
