I choose this Rachael Ray recipe because my husband loves biscuits and gravy. I thought he’d love this one! I have a love for Chicken fried steak, one of my favorite places makes the best Chicken fried steak, these were not bad. For some reason my quick frying is getting so much better, the breading is staying on and everything, that is a huge plus for me!

Notes:Well I used a boneless Ribeye steak, because that’s what I had on hand, it was delicious, and it cooks pretty fast. I also used some cheese biscuits that I had made earlier instead of the canned biscuits I bought. It was all good!
