Rachael Ray: Chicken Burritos
Well, I’m just going to be flat out honest on here today…..we have not eaten these yet. I’m eating mine for lunch, the husband will put his together for dinner, we’re so busy, we’ve been so busy, so I’m just trying to keep this blog alive. I’m sure I’ll like these burritos, and the recipe isn’t online, and I took a lot of liberties to “fast track” these burritos. I still think they’re going to be great!
Recipe: Southwest Chicken Burritos

Notes: Well first, my ingredients picture dissappeared, I have no idea where it went, and I didn’t link the recipe to anything, so here is what I did. Season the chicken with chili powder and cumin, cook it in a skillet until done. Mix barbeque sauce, black beans, and your favorite salsa together. (If you’re going to eat these right away heat that up either in the microwave or a sauce pan) Fill a tortilla with chicken, the bean mixture and top with cheese. Enjoy!
