Rachael Ray: Onion and Mushroom Burger
Rachael Ray has a lot of burger recipes, and it always surprises me how different they all taste. My husband loves mushrooms and I do not cook with them a lot, so I thought he’d really like this. I’m so proud of how this one turned out, I really think it could be served at a Burger Shack, people would pay good money for this on in my opinion.

Husband Says: “It was good, I liked it. The English Muffins for buns were different, but good for the burger.”
Notes: In Rachael Ray’s book this is actually a turkey burger, so if you want to make it more figure friendly then substitue the following:
ground turkey for beef
poultry seasoning for steak steasoning
chicken stock for beef stock
We gave the ground turkey a try and just weren’t big fans, so we won’t be going back there. But by all means, don’t let me stop you from being more figure friendly!
