Rachael Ray: Croque Madame
Since I love Rachael Ray Croque Monsieurs so much, I thought I’d try a Croque Madame, and I’ll go ahead and tell you now: I did make the fried egg on top for the picture, but I did not eat it. I thought about trying it, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. So while you may be disappointed, I still really enjoyed my sandwich! I also made the strawberry salad to go along with it, it was delicious!

- mix dressing, lettuce, and sliced strawberries together

- add flour and let cook out, then add dijon mustard and milk
